To search the transport requests of sap smartforms, go to Transport Organizer Tools (SE03).
Double click on Search for Objects in Requests/Tasks
In the empty object enter the SSFO and press enter, select request type modifiable and/or released.
Enter the smartforms name, select check box on left hand side, and click on execute icon at the top.
In this way, we can find the request number of smartforms in sap.
